It took an entire year to shape the floq product vision for 2026 at Conference Compass. What goes into the process? The 2026 roadmap is an entirely collaborative process between our clients, our platform experts, the event attendees and prospects that we talk to. It takes a year of listening: what works, what doesn’t, what people really want to see and what they think maybe just doesn’t matter so much in the end.
Our 2026 product roadmap centers around one thing: human connection
Our platform changes (for the better) every year. The world of events and event technology is constantly evolving. It is subject to trends, to economic and political factors, to new generations entering the market and so on. And of course, we adapt accordingly. However, there is something about events that never changes. That is the human connection. The reason that everybody goes to such lengths to organise, to attend and to come back year after year. This is what stays in the very center of our event technology. Everything we do, we do with the aim of enabling human connection.

- AI voice-over translations: Attendees can now listen to live sessions in 30+ languages, moving beyond text-only captions.
- In-app lead scanner: Exhibitors capture and export leads directly from their own devices with no extra hardware required.
What is coming soon to floq
- Onsite session check-in: Accurate, real-time attendance data managed entirely through the app.
- Live-streaming dashboard: A dedicated hub for AV teams to manage broadcasts for both digital and onsite audiences.
- Exhibitor meeting slots: Attendees can view real-time availability and book meetings with reps directly in-app.
AI is happening: this is what we are doing about it
- Smart recommendations: Tailored session and networking suggestions based on individual attendee behavior.
- In-app chat assistant: Instant support for attendees and assistive note-taking to turn shorthand into professional summaries.
- Conversational analytics: A new dashboard interface where organizers can simply ask questions to get instant data insights.
